Jerri Kindlinger, is our dedicated Office Manager at CMB Construction. With over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, Jerri has been an integral part of our team for over 2 years.

Among the various projects Jerri has been involved in, the 2022 Parade of Homes holds a special place. The unique design, exquisite finish, and serene setting of our project at Stevens Lake resonate deeply with Jerri, sparking a feeling of a place they could truly call home.

Northern Michigan has been Jerri's cherished residence for over 50 years, with 33 years spent in Traverse City. Despite the extended winters and occasional lack of sunshine, the allure of the changing seasons, the beauty of the Great Lakes, and the breathtaking nature have always captivated Jerri. Home is where the heart is, especially with Jerri's two boys also choosing to reside in this beloved area.

Working closely on custom homes has been Jerri's passion, driven by a profound joy in helping clients fulfill their dreams. Having transitioned from commercial real estate and property management with two decades of experience, Jerri revels in the challenges and rewards of designing homes and solving business-related complexities.

While Jerri mainly operates behind the scenes, their expertise shines in ensuring clients feel at ease regarding the financial aspects of their projects.
